More than 25 years of experience delivering exceptional residential projects.
A family-led construction company built on trust, precision and lasting partnerships.
For more than twenty-five years, we have been building, renovating and delivering exceptional residential projects across France, the Caribbean, Mauritius and now Mallorca.
Throughout this journey, we have worked alongside private clients, architects and developers, turning ambitious projects into built reality with care, precision and uncompromising attention to detail.
Over the years, we have managed a general construction company, completed numerous private property developments and collaborated on residential projects of every scale.
This experience gives us a unique understanding of construction — not only as builders, but also as developers and homeowners ourselves.
Today, after several years in Mallorca, we have built a trusted network of local craftsmen, consultants and specialist contractors, allowing us to deliver projects with the same standards of quality, organisation and attention to detail that have defined our work for more than two decades.
What makes La Jolie Adresse unique is that we are, above all, a family business.
Every project benefits from our personal involvement, constant communication and the continuity that only a family-led company can offer.
We build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency and shared commitment.
Every home tells a different story. Our role is to bring each one to life with precision, craftsmanship and lasting quality.
