FINCA SANTA MARIA

Contemporary Mediterranean Residence
2025
"Where architecture, landscape and light exist in perfect harmony."
Nestled within the Mallorcan landscape, Finca Santa Maria brings together contemporary Mediterranean architecture and meticulous construction in a home designed to belong naturally to its surroundings.
Set against the surrounding hills of Mallorca, the residence establishes a quiet dialogue with its natural environment.
Pure white volumes, generous proportions and carefully executed details allow the architecture to integrate seamlessly into the landscape.
Created to embrace the Mediterranean way of living, the residence offers a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, where light, nature and architecture coexist effortlessly.
The project celebrates the purity of form, the authenticity of natural materials and a way of living deeply rooted in Mediterranean culture.
Every stage of construction was carried out with meticulous attention to detail, allowing natural light, noble materials and carefully crafted finishes to define the character of the home.
